• 95% replacement of all bearings, bushings, seals, O-rings

• inspection and maintenance of individual motors

• inspection and maintenance of the hydraulic system

• inspection and maintenance of the water and ventilation system

• inspection of machinery and mechanical parts

• full service of arms, final press, super structure, strip app, ASU

• replacement of blades and tires

• control cabin - full inspection

• dry test

• water testing. The machine is operated with paper, without using steam further control after the test.
